An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled Occupational Therapist with a passion for working alongside school-aged children. This contract position covers a maternity leave, providing full-time OT support across two elementary schools. You’ll make a meaningful impact on an established caseload of approximately 60 students, collaborating with educators and families to deliver outstanding therapy services.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina Occupational Therapist license
• Previous experience in a school-based setting or working with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a diverse and dynamic caseload

Primary Duties:

• Deliver individualized and group therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
• Assess, monitor, and document student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and consultations with teachers, staff, and families
• Contribute to a supportive environment that helps each student achieve their potential
• Assist with transitions, modifications, and accommodations in the classroom setting
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school and state standards
