Position Overview


A well-established healthcare organization in northern New York is seeking Primary Care Physicians in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join their team. This full-time opportunity involves delivering high-quality outpatient and inpatient care within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Candidate Qualifications

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency completion) or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience with Epic electronic medical records preferred

Call Coverage

• Continuity of care call required

Practice Location

• Primary practice site is a regional critical access hospital serving a rural community with access to a broad range of specialty services

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range : $250,000-$350,000 annually
• Signing Bonus : $25,000
• Relocation Assistance : Up to $15,000
• Licensing & Professional Dues : $2,000 annually
• CME Allowance : $4,000 annually
• Paid Time Off : 240 hours per year
• Malpractice Coverage : Claims-made policy with tail coverage; coverage limits of $2.3 million per occurrence and $6.9 million aggregate
• Additional Benefits : Comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan

Compensation is influenced by experience, qualifications, specialty, and contract specifics. Certain positions may qualify for variable pay components such as productivity or performance incentives.
