Import & Export Specialist

What You'll Do
• Coordinate international air import and air export shipments from start to finish.
• Manage time-critical shipments while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with airlines, customs brokers, and global partners.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide shipment updates, and deliver tailored logistics solutions.
• Respond to pricing requests and support customers with transportation options.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless shipment execution.
• Participate in weekend coverage as needed.
What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in international freight forwarding is required.
• Strong background in air export and air import operations.
• Knowledge of ocean imports is a plus.
• Dangerous Goods (DG) certification or experience handling DG shipments is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proactive, dependable, and a collaborative team player.
• Availability for occasional weekend support.
• Background check required.
