Job Description Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to join an acute care hospital contract assignment in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Job Details Position: Physical Therapist – Acute Care Setting Location: Crawfordsville, Indiana Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks (contract may be extended to 16 weeks) Contract Rate: $1,940 - $2,106 per week (taxable wages plus tax‑free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals) Employment Type: Travel (8‑hour shifts, 40 hours per week) Job ID: 1488582 Qualifications Current Physical Therapy licensure in Indiana Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy BLS certification Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist Strong communication skills with patients, families, and facility personnel Key Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatment and patient care following facility guidelines. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers. Delegate and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians as required.
