Overview Distribution Supervisor role at Schreiber Foods Fairview, MO Distribution Center. 100% on‑site, night shift 6pm–6am, 3–4 nights per week. Responsibilities Train, coach, evaluate, and reinforce Process Excellence principles with team members. Ensure daily production, shipping and receiving operations are organized for maximum efficiency, making adjustments as needed. Administer company, plant and department processes in certification programs, pay systems, and assessment/feedback initiatives. Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality plans and customer requirements. Encourage teamwork and adherence to plant and distribution center policies and procedures. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and good housekeeping guidelines. Follow safety guidelines, wear designated PPE, and meet OSHA safety requirements. Maintain partner accountability and provide daily communication of essential information. Lead team efforts to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and safety goals. Use problem‑solving methods and quality tools to identify and implement process improvements. Plan production operations, establish priorities and monitor progress to meet customer needs. Resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance opportunities to maximize efficiencies at lowest cost. Monitor training activities and ensure proper training paperwork is completed. Assist with staffing to support shipping/receiving schedules that meet customer requirements. Work with leadership to identify and communicate customer requirements. Be knowledgeable of government regulations such as OSHA, USDA, FDA, EPA, EEOC, and OFCCP. Make decisions related to HACCP, product quality, and HOLD & RELEASE processes. Assist with regulatory, customer, and internal audits. Perform all processes related to CPs, CCPs, QPs, and CQPs required for the position. Follow reaction plans for Food Safety, Food Quality, and customer requirement deviations. Qualifications High School diploma or GED required; college degree not required. 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Excel and Word. Understanding of all equipment and computer systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Goal‑oriented and willing to work a night shift (6pm–6am) 3–4 nights per week. Relocation not required; however a relocation bonus and package are available for those moving more than 50 miles. Benefits Relocation bonus of $10,000 plus a relocation package for moves over 50 miles.
