Area Installation Lead — Customer-Driven Field Projects

The Home Depot

A leading home improvement retailer in Nashville, TN, seeks an Area Installation Specialist (AIS) to assist with the customer experience throughout the installation job life cycle. The AIS will perform technical measures, conduct Job Site Inspections (JSIs) to ensure quality, manage customer communication, and resolve issues during the job installation. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
