We're looking for a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT / CLT) who's ready to begin or grow their career in a setting where your work is valued, your curiosity is welcomed, and your impact is real. Whether you're newly graduated or nearing the end of your MLT program, this full-time role offers day, night, and weekend shifts, giving you the flexibility to balance work with life in a town that's as relaxing as it is inspiring.

We're seeking someone with an associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Technology, Biology, or a related field , along with ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification-or the drive to earn it.
