- Complete customer orders in designated warehouse zones
- Pull orders accurately and efficiently to ensure products are prepared for shipment
- Monitor tote weights to ensure they do not exceed 50 pounds
- Check inventory locations and report discrepancies to a supervisor
- Maintain assigned warehouse areas through general housekeeping
- Work with warehouse team members to put away freight and stock orders as needed
What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Picker Role:
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving, planning, organization, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work Monday-Friday
