OB/GYN Physician

Obstetrician-Gynecologist PositionFull time position for Board certified or Board eligible generalist Obstetrician-Gynecologist providing outpatient Ob/Gyn services. Provider will work as part of a collaborative model Ob/Gyn practice.Major Duties and Responsibilities:CommunicationParticipate in Departmental initiatives and quality care projects as appropriate.Participate in Organizational initiatives and quality care projects as appropriate.TeamworkProvide a collaborative resource for certified nurse midwives working in the Department.Provide a collaborative resource for non-Ob/Gyn providers working in the Department.Patient CareProvide appropriate outpatient care for patients needing obstetrical and gynecologic care.Skills and Abilities:Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in reference to team members and patientsEducation and/or Experience:M.D. or D.O. degreeEvidence of graduation from approved Ob/Gyn Residency ProgramCurrent licensure from State of MarylandCurrent DEA & CDS licensesAbility to be insured for malpractice insuranceHave skill and experience in both outpatient and inpatient obstetrical careHave skill and experience in both outpatient and inpatient gynecologic care
