Brand Marketing Specialist

Position Overview The Brand Marketing Specialist is responsible for execution of creative and branding projects from concept to launch phase. The marketing specialist will support strategic branding, marketing, and communications projects that help us build on our reputation for prospective customers. We’re looking for a passionate, resourceful, adaptive, highly creative, and intelligent creative who is ready to work in a collaborative team environment. What You'll Do Develop and execute creative assets across print and digital channels, including advertisements, brochures, social media content, website assets, presentations, and other marketing materials. Conceptualize and create visually compelling layouts and graphics that clearly communicate key messages and campaign objectives. Develop cohesive creative concepts and deliverables for specific campaigns, initiatives, and events. Contribute to the continued evolution and enhancement of the brand’s visual identity. Ensure copy, tone, and editorial style remain consistent with established brand guidelines. Review creative materials for consistency between visual messaging and written content. Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the review process to revise and refine deliverables. Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Establish project timelines, priorities, and expectations across multiple stakeholders and team members. What We're Looking For Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with particular strength in PowerPoint and presentation design. Experience creating content for major social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, with a working knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics. Strong foundation in core design principles, including typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, layout, and basic illustration. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to develop clear, polished, and brand-consistent copy. Working knowledge of photography, including composition and image selection/editing. Education Bachelor of Fine Arts degree (marketing, UX/UI, illustration, graphic design, or communication design).
