Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Job Description

Become the boss! This position is for the no. 2 position within Ground Xero Gastropub. We have become a staple in the area in a quick 3 years and are constantly growing. You will assist the General Manager/Owner in efforts to perfect the concept that has already gained traction as a highly social entertainment bar, offering live music, live comedy, desired private event space, and company designed special events.

My name is Kevin O'Donnell, owner/GM for Ground Xero. I have developed a cool restaurant that has so much to offer. However, I am limited by time in perfecting all the in's and out's of what needs to be done. If you have experience as a manager within restaurants and wish to call something your own, this is the job for you. You will have a lot of autonomy to take the ball and run with it, and I will help assist in areas that you cannot. (and vise-versa)

I will set you up with a competitive salary, and we will set goals that could push us both to the next level.
