Baskin Robbins is looking for experienced Shift Leaders / Assistant Managers to join our team! If you're a motivated leader who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Shift Leader / Assistant Manager, you'll help oversee daily operations, support and coach team members, maintain Baskin Robbins brand standards, and ensure every guest has a great experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members during each shift.

• Provide outstanding customer service.

• Assist with opening and closing procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and Baskin Robbins standards.

• Train and coach crew members.

• Help manage inventory and daily store operations.

• Ensure smooth shift operations and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant shift management, supervisor, or assistant manager experience (required).

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant or food service experience (required).

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.

• Baskin Robbins or dessert shop experience is a plus, but not required.

Requirements

• Must be available to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must have reliable transportation and be able to consistently arrive on time for all scheduled shifts. Please consider your commute before applying, as reliable attendance is an essential requirement of this position.
