Client Service Representative – Outreach

Our client, a public healthcare services organization, is seeking a Client Service Representative – Outreach to join their team. As a Client Service Representative, you will be part of the Field Operations Department supporting the Enrollment & Community Outreach Team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual CSR – Outreach Location: Rancho Cordova, CA Pay Range: $20.00/hour

Must speak, write and read in fluent Spanish

What's the Job?

• Conduct face-to-face outreach and enrollment services through individual and group presentations
• Educate beneficiaries on Managed Care Options and assist with healthcare plan usage
• Support enrollment and disenrollment processes, including data entry and documentation
• Build relationships with community partners and participate in outreach events
• Maintain accurate records and meet performance, production, and quality standards

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid CA driver's license, insurance, and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
