Job Summary Auto Shop Helper – Service Center Upper Marlboro - North Perform all-purpose duties including maintaining daily housekeeping of the interior production area, emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted parts, assisting in cleaning spray booths, and placing tools and equipment in their proper location. Maintain parking lots and grounds, perform minor equipment and building maintenance/repairs as necessary, and follow Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedure and center procedures to enable teammates to complete repairs in a timely manner. Paid Skilled Trainings and Certifications – I-CAR and ASE Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy. Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification are nice to have but not required. Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge Consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
