Passionate about preventative care and rehabilitation What You’ll Do: Lead and maintain injury prevention programs Conduct early intervention and ergonomic assessments Implement wellness and job coaching initiatives Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols Key Responsibilities: Execute onsite prevention programs, with work simulation and job coaching. Promote health initiatives and engage with staff Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management Track and report program metrics Physical Demands: Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs Dress Code: Professional attire with site-appropriate PPE as needed We are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where every team member is valued and respected.
