Victory Final Mile

Job Description

Driver & Installer – Victory Final Mile

Spokane & North Idaho | $22.00 – $27.00/hr + Performance Bonuses

Do you hate being micromanaged? Are you a "pro" behind the wheel of a 26ft truck who actually enjoys working with people? At Victory Final Mile , we are a family-owned team where your skill is valued, your safety is a priority, and your hard work is rewarded with more than just a paycheck.

Why Join the Victory Team?

Competitive Pay: $22–$27/hr Depending on Experience + Performance Bonuses.
Sign-On Bonus: $250 after 60 days.
The "Victory" Perks: Quality Uniforms, Paid lunches, free coffee/snacks, and discounted tires for your personal car and more!
Growth: We provide paid training. We don't just give you a job; we give you a trade.
Equipment: Operate well-maintained 26ft Box Trucks with the gear you need to stay safe.

What You’ll Do

Deliver & Install: Provide "White Glove" delivery and installation of appliances and furniture.
Navigate: Drive local routes in Spokane and North Idaho (yes, including winter/mountain driving).
Lead: Partner with a driver helper to ensure every delivery is a 5-star experience.

What You Bring

Experience: Proven time behind the wheel of 24-26' box trucks.
Winter Skills: You’re a pro in the snow and know how to throw chains when the North Idaho passes get rough.
Physical Strength: Ability to lift 100 lbs unassisted (we have dollies, but the hustle is real).
Credentials: Current DOT Medical Card (or able to get one by start date)
Attitude: Energetic, positive, and great with customers.

Full Benefits Package

Health: Affordable Medical, Dental, & Vision.
Future: 401(k) retirement plan.
Time: Paid Time Off (PTO) + Flexible scheduling for work/home life balance.
Safety: Uniforms provided for all-weather protection.

Victory Final Mile is looking for professionals, not just drivers. If you’re ready to be treated like family and not a number, apply now!
