Two (2) years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting highly preferred. Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations Active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in state(s) of employment required. Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
