Job Description

As an Inspection Worker, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality of small parts and components. You’ll work with touchscreen computers, assemble, inspect and package products, and follow a structured workflow. This is a fast-paced role that requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities:

· Assemble, inspect and test parts for defects or quality concerns
· Use touchscreen computers to follow production flow
· Count and package parts with accuracy
· Follow detailed work instructions and safety guidelines

Qualifications and Requirements:

· High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
· Good communication and teamwork skills
· Ability to follow detailed instructions and workflows
· Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

The base pay range for this position is $15.75, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
