Board Approved Supervisor/Therapist - Children and Adolescents

Seeking Creative & Collaborative Humans With A Passion For Changing Mental Health Care In Fun And Meaningful Ways

We are looking to bring on an experienced LCSW-C specializing with child and adolescents to join our team at the Owings Mills. The perfect candidate will be comfortable seeing 18- 20 clients per week, while providing supervision to a team of pre-licensed therapists. This role has advancement opportunities as the practice continues to grow.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a self-starter comfortable working in a high-paced environment.
• Have a strong resume with at least 1-2 years of experience working in a fee-for-service private practice.
• Be comfortable maintaining a weekly patient load of 18- 20 patients.
• Thrive in a performance-based compensation environment.

Required skills/abilities:

• Master's degree with current licensure in the state of Maryland as an LCSW and be a Maryland Board Approved Supervisor.
• Available to be on-site 4 days per week to provide oversight to clinical staff and see patients.
• Passionate about quality evidence-based treatment and contributing to the field by training and supervising others.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice.
• Excellent time management skills.

Under the guidance of the Clinical Director:

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Supervision and consultation: accountable for clinic productivity and performance, provide clinical oversight to the clinic's mental health practitioners and professionals, including signing clinical documentation for pre-licensed providers. Provide 1:1 consultation with therapy staff to review productivity, caseload, and clinical documentation.
• Client care: evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
