Senior Living Revenue Manager

Managing billing operations and provider credentialing processes, the full-time Regional Revenue Senior Living Manager will oversee billing staff, ensure accurate claim submissions, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Oversee billing staff and manage the billing operations within the centralized billing office Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements Drive process improvements and optimize revenue cycle performance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare billing or revenue cycle management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of billing processes, coding, reimbursement methodologies, and healthcare regulations Proficiency in billing software, electronic health records (EHR), and Microsoft Office Suite Certifications such as Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) preferred
