Tax Preparer OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Tax Preparer for a direct-hire opportunity with a well-established, team-oriented financial services organization. This position offers performance-based bonuses, quarterly reviews with opportunities for compensation growth, and a strong, supportive workplace culture.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesPrepare federal and state individual and small-business tax returns.Review client documentation for accuracy, completeness, and missing information.Meet with clients to review completed returns and answer tax-related questions.Assist with amended returns, tax projections, and tax notices.Collaborate with tax professionals and financial advisors to support client needs.Required Skills and ExperienceAt least 2–3 years of professional tax-preparation experience.Experience preparing both individual and business tax returns.Strong client-service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.UltraTax CS and QuickBooks experience preferred.This is a direct hire position offering a strong compensation package, quarterly development and compensation conversations, and internal growth potential.
