Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is an integral part of Advanced Comfort Solutions. This position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service through all channels of customer engagement including phone and written correspondence. This role schedules appointments for customers, service technicians, real estate division, and sales estimators.

Job Duties:

• Demonstrate excellent customer service through incoming calls and/or emails.
• Ensure every interaction is a positive one by actively listening and responding appropriately to inquiries.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers.
• Demonstrated ability to generate highly accurate work and make independent decisions.
• Schedule appointments for service technicians, real estate division, and sales estimators.
• Enter customer information with the highest of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy.
• Accurately enter customer appointment information for service technicians and sales estimators.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Perform other projects/duties as requested

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year customer service and data entry experience.
• Previous experience in customer service is required.
• Strong data entry skills and computer skills with attention to details.
• Proficient in the use of PC, including e-mail and data entry.
• Multi-line phone skills
• Must be able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Company Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background and drug screen.
• Maintain good attendance.
• Required to regularly stand and/or sit at a desk for at least 8 hours per day.
• Required to regularly operate a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other office equipment.

Salary Description


$17 - $20 per hour depending on experience
