My client a medium-sized children's hospital in Central California is seeking a Permanent Compensation Manager to join their team. Required is a College Degree - 4 year In Business, Human Resources or related field, Minimum five (5) years related experience in compensation and/or workforce planning, and a minimum three (3) years HRIS experience.
