RN - Case Management

Care Manager – Acute MedicalThis is a 13-week contract position.Day shift, 5x8 hours, from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM.The Care Manager will float to various facilities, primarily the Laguna Facility, managing care coordination for acute medical patients.
