Role Description The Night Shift Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, AR, responsible for overseeing facility and workplace operations during night hours. This role manages night shift staff, coordinates schedules, and ensures that safety, security, and operational standards are consistently met. The Night Shift Manager monitors building systems, responds to incidents or service requests, and communicates critical issues to daytime leadership and clients as needed. The role includes maintaining compliance with company policies, supporting vendor activities, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. The Night Shift Manager also prepares shift reports, tracks performance metrics, and contributes to a positive, inclusive work environment. Qualifications Experience in facilities management, operations, or workplace services, preferably in a night shift or 24/7 environment. Skills in team leadership, staff supervision, and scheduling to manage and support night shift personnel effectively. Ability to oversee safety, security, and compliance procedures, including incident response and risk mitigation. Strong communication and coordination skills to interact with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in using building management systems, work order platforms, and standard office software. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to make sound decisions under time pressure. Capability to work on-site during night hours, including weekends or holidays as business needs require. Previous experience in commercial real estate, facilities, manufacturing, or a similar operational setting is beneficial. High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree in business, facilities management, or a related field is an advantage.
