AES Corporation seeks a dynamic Substation Engineer to oversee high voltage designs for Solar, Wind, and BESS projects in the Eastern US. You will manage EPC contractor engineering and ensure designs meet interconnection requirements while coordinating testing with utilities and ISO. The role requires 7+ years in HV substation design, strong communication, and the ability to guide internal and external teams through complex projects.
