1st shift/Overnight Production Cook – Alpha Body Beastro Alpha Body Beastro Position: Overnight Production Cook Schedule: Overnight Shift (Full-Time) Location: Yorktown, VA About the Role Alpha Body Beastro is looking for a dependable, fast-paced, and detail-oriented Overnight Production Cook to join our growing meal prep production team. This role is responsible for preparing high-volume batches of proteins, vegetables, starches, sauces, and meal components used in our ready-to-eat meal prep operation. This is not a traditional line cook position. This role focuses on consistency, efficiency, organization, food safety, and executing production standards in a structured kitchen environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook large-batch meal prep items according to recipes and production sheets Portion, weigh, label, and package meals accurately Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control procedures Maintain FIFO rotation, labeling, and date marking standards Complete temperature logs, cooling logs, and sanitation checklists Operate kitchen equipment safely including ovens, grills, slicers, mixers, and other production equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout the shift Properly store and rotate products in coolers and freezers Work independently while meeting production deadlines and quality standards Communicate inventory shortages, equipment issues, or quality concerns to management Qualifications Previous kitchen, prep cook, production cook, or meal prep experience preferred Ability to work overnight hours consistently Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Reliable transportation and strong attendance history Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic What We’re Looking For Someone dependable who shows up ready to work Strong sense of urgency without sacrificing quality Pride in cleanliness, organization, and consistency Ability to stay productive with minimal supervision Someone who understands that preparation and standards drive the success of the business Compensation & Benefit Competitive hourly pay based on experience Growth opportunities within a growing company Employee meal discounts Consistent scheduling Opportunity to be part of a veteran-owned business About Us Alpha Body Beastro is a meal prep company focused on producing high-quality ready-to-eat meals built around consistency, nutrition, and convenience.
