Senior Integration Engineer

Leading the design and development of scalable integrations, the full-time remote Senior Integration Engineer will partner with health system IT leaders to create secure and reliable interfaces between SmarterDx and hospital EHRs, while also managing end-to-end integration processes and ensuring interoperability compliance. Key responsibilities Lead the design, development, and validation of interfaces between SmarterDx and hospital EHRs Serve as the technical expert in customer engagements, guiding architecture discussions with health system leaders Own integrations end to end, from specification development to production stabilization and incident response Required qualifications 7+ years of experience building and supporting HL7v2 interfaces in hospital settings Advanced knowledge of interface engine architecture and operations Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior health system leaders Proven expertise in scalable database extraction architecture and FHIR R4 APIs/resources Hands-on experience with programming languages like JavaScript or Python for workflow automation
