Our busy Brokerage is looking for an exceptional director of sales and marketing to develop a revenue plan that maximizes profitability for daily sales in areas such as listings, purchases, marketing, and events. We need someone willing to be the brand's voice and manage the marketing budget to produce property-specific campaigns, promotions, and collateral that will generate revenue and meet property targets. Compensation:

$65,000+

Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate sales reports that include marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing strategies
• Grow customer loyalty while also generating new business by nurturing long-term relationships
• Utilize marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other techniques to continuously seek new business
• Achieve sales team goals and yearly sales targets and plan and implement short and long-term marketing plans
• Hire, train, and motivate your team to provide better customer service to your clients

Qualifications:

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Marketing expertise and knowledge of sales department best practices are needed for this position
• 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably with some experience in a sales management role
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• High school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or hospitality
