Headlight is looking for PMHNPs with to join our team in Southern California. This role is part-time with a hybrid schedule that requires 1 day a week in-office. Headlight improves upon this with an 81% attendance rate, indicating effective initial engagement strategies Roles And Responsibilities Diagnose and treat mental health and emotional disorders Offer individual and group therapy to patients Prescribe and monitor medications when necessary Maintain detailed records of patient visits and progress Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient continuity of care Educate patients and families about mental health and emotional disorders Participate in community outreach and education Able to work 1 day per week in office Participate in our Spravato Program Qualifications Minimum requirement of 12 months of experience post licensure in a psychiatric clinical setting Master's degree in Nursing, with a specialty in Psychiatric Nursing Board Certification via ANCC or AANP Valid state licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (based on clinic location) Active DEA in the state your prescribing (based on clinic location) Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required Knowledge of mental health and emotional disorders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Electronic Health Record (EHR) Proficiency: Must have demonstrated experience in utilizing electronic health record systems efficiently to manage patient data, document clinical information, and access patient histories. Familiarity with NextGen is highly desirable Computer Skills: Strong computer literacy with proficiency in a range of software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations. Compensation is $145 per billed hour for PMHNPs without 103 status that require us to provide a collaborating physician and $155 for PMHNPs that have 103 status and do not require a collaborating physician.
