You will shape nutrition strategies that:Promote healing and strengthSupport individualized care goalsCreate meaningful dining experiencesYour leadership will ensure that meals are not just part of a care plan, but a daily highlight that reflects compassion, culture, and dignity.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Clinical Nutritionist, you will:Lead comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans aligned with clinical diagnoses and recovery goals.Oversee therapeutic diets and cycle menus that meet regulatory standards while honoring client preferences and cultural diversity.Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams—including nursing, therapy, and compliance—to enhance outcomes and ensure continuity of care.Monitor client health trends, including weight and nutritional status, implementing timely interventions.Ensure food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across all nutrition services.Provide education and coaching to clients and families, empowering long-term wellness and independence.Serve as a trusted clinical resource and collaborative partner within QLI's interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.QualificationsRegistered and Licensed Dietitian in the State of Nebraska (required)Minimum of 3 years of clinical or related nutrition experienceStrong clinical judgment with a passion for rehabilitation and recoveryAbility to lead collaboratively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environmentProficiency in technology and electronic health record systemsMust be at least 18 years old (required)Position DetailsVaccination Requirements: Annual flu vaccine is required during flu season.
