We are currently hiring experienced Shipping & Receiving Workers for a busy metal distribution facility in the 77093 area. Candidates must have previous experience handling inbound and outbound shipments, operating material handling equipment, and using shipping and inventory software.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and outgoing shipments.
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely and efficiently.
- Prepare shipping documentation and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Use shipping and receiving software to track orders and materials.
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring product accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to meet shipping deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous shipping and receiving experience required.
- Must be proficient operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
- Experience using shipping, receiving, or inventory management software.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle metal products safely.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and a stable work history preferred.
Pay ranges from $18-$23 per hour depending on experience. Immediate openings available.
