Clinical Research Recruitment Specialist Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday Pay: $30.00-$34.00/hour Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Clinical Research Recruitment Specialist to support participant enrollment for clinical research studies focused on metabolic health. This role is responsible for engaging with prospective participants, conducting phone pre-screens, scheduling study visits, and helping ensure recruitment goals are met. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with people throughout the day, enjoys building relationships, and has strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Respond to participant inquiries via phone, email, text, social media, and online referrals Conduct phone pre-screenings to determine study eligibility Educate potential participants on study requirements and expectations Schedule screening visits and maintain ongoing communication throughout the recruitment process Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and enrolled participants Send appointment reminders and assist with participant retention efforts Maintain accurate recruitment records and document all participant interactions Track recruitment metrics and referral sources Assist with community outreach events, health fairs, and educational activities Support social media and digital recruitment efforts by responding to inquiries and sharing approved study information Collaborate with clinical research staff to support enrollment goals Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements Qualifications: Required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer service, healthcare, recruiting, sales, call center, or a similar high-volume communication environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable making frequent outbound calls, sending texts, and communicating by email Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database or CRM systems Preferred Clinical research or patient recruitment experience Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) or IRB guidelines Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience with social media or digital marketing campaigns Community outreach or event coordination experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Medix™
