Direct message the job poster from Real Time Recruitment Solutions (RTRS) Hiring: Quality Manager – Specialized Manufacturing We’re looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join a fast-paced and highly specialized metal fabrication company serving diverse sectors including power generation, medical devices, pressure vessels, and industrial equipment. This role requires expertise in ASME Pressure Vessel standards , medical-grade fabrication , and non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques. Location: Greater Boston area Work Type: Full-Time | On-Site Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage quality systems to meet ASME, PED, and ISO standards. Oversee a team of inspectors ensuring product quality and production efficiency. Conduct and document internal and external audits, inspections, and process improvements. Lead NDT activities (UT, RT, PT, VT) and maintain adherence to regulatory requirements. Collaborate across teams and with suppliers to maintain high standards of quality and compliance. Investigate and resolve product non-conformities and customer complaints. Champion continuous improvement initiatives across operations. Educate staff and drive a culture of quality throughout the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (advanced certifications in quality are a plus). 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment, especially ASME pressure vessels and/or medical device components. Deep knowledge of ASME Sections I, II, V, VIII, IX; ISO and PED regulations. Current or prior certification in NDT techniques (UT, RT, PT, VT, MT). Strong leadership skills and cross-functional collaboration experience. Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, and SPC methodologies is a plus.
