Graphic Designer

[About the Role]
Join a fast-paced, fully remote team as a Graphic Designer dedicated to elevating Employer Brand identity through standout visual design. You'll collaborate closely with Employer Brand and creative partners to craft scalable, high-impact assets that tell our story and attract top talent.

[Responsibilities]

- Design logos, icons, badges, and visual marks that define and differentiate the Employer Brand
- Develop creative merchandise concepts with a focus on producing extensive pin and patch collections
- Create engaging illustrations, patterns, and textures, with an emphasis on small-scale graphics
- Deliver polished assets for presentations, recruiting events, social media, career sites, and marketing campaigns
- Expand and evolve the Employer Brand's visual asset library, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines
- Prepare and package production-ready files for both print and digital use
- Collaborate seamlessly with Employer Brand, recruitment marketing, and enterprise creative teams
- Manage multiple projects independently, iterating based on feedback to ensure top-quality results

[Required Skills and Experience]

- 3-7 years of experience in graphic or brand design
- Proven portfolio showcasing logo, iconography, illustration, merchandise, and brand identity projects
- Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong command of typography, composition, color, and layout
- Ability to translate creative direction into refined, scalable design assets
- Experience working independently in a dynamic environment

[Preferred Skills]

- Advanced illustration skills, especially for small-scale assets
- Motion graphics experience (After Effects)
- Apparel or merchandise design background
- Proficiency with Figma
- Experience creating print-ready production files
- Previous work with Fortune 500 companies
