If you're looking to make a meaningful difference while using your clinical, crisis, or support experience in a more holistic residential setting, we invite you to join our team at our premier treatment center.ResponsibilitiesThe Overnight Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for providing direct care to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of the participants through direct and indirect physical and verbal interaction and supports the participants in their development of basic living and social skills.Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of participants in the programProvide supportive mentoring and guidanceEnsure a safe, clean, organized, living environment.Supervise as well as participate in household cleaning and maintenanceAssist participants in creating daily goals and action steps every morningPromote and assist participants with self-help skills in the areas of eating, hygiene, and maintenance in personal/communal spaceProvide day-to-day supervision, including assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, planned activities, and school/workDevelop and maintain positive relationships with participant and teamCommunicate with therapist and treatment team on a regular basisQualificationsAge: 21+ years of age or olderEducation: High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D required.
