Pick and Pack Worker
Location: Wells, ME 04090
Temp to Hire
1st Shift: 6am - 2pm, with OT optional during training.
Schedule 1: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
OR
Schedule 2: Sunday, Monday Tuesday, Friday, Saturday.
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour; paid lunch.
Free on-site parking is available.

Job Description:

• We are seeking Warehouse Order Selectors for temp to hire opportunities supporting distribution center operations.
• This role includes a 17-week structured training and evaluation period, after which workers may be considered for full-time employment based on performance.
• Training is available in both English and Spanish.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply. All employees must be able to follow safety procedures and training instructions.

Experience:

• Candidates must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. at any given time to shoulder level and up to 60 lbs. overhead, throughout an entire shift.
• Candidates must be able to obtain clearance to ride an electric pallet jack and other equipment as necessary.
• HS Diploma or Equivalent
