Human Resources Manager – Onsite Location: Sedalia, MO, United States Position Summary As a Human Resources Manager, you will partner with the Sedalia Manufacturing Leadership Team to develop and execute HR initiatives that support accelerated growth and create a fulfilling employee experience. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Manufacturing Leadership Team to develop and execute HR priorities. Strategize organizational development, talent management, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR special projects. Create, execute, and improve upon strategic people initiatives and tactical processes. Support stakeholders as a business partner, aligning people strategy with business strategy. Communicate and execute corporate initiatives, programs, and projects across functional organizations. Act as a change agent implementing processes and approaches for ongoing change and transformation. Lead strategy for process and HR data improvement initiatives, using data to identify standardization and automation opportunities. Serve as thought partner for organizational structure and alignment to promote efficiency and collaboration. Manage a team of 2 direct reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or human resources (advanced degree and SHRM certification is a plus). Minimum 8 years of Human Resources experience with a strong focus on business partnering, coaching, progressive org development, employee relations, and operational HR excellence. Prior experience in a manufacturing or distribution center is required. Demonstrated flexibility, agility, and resilience to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration. Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills. Grit to Win mentality.
