ULTRA is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the customer journey post-purchase. You will design, build, and optimize personalized onboarding experiences and communications to maximize retention and LTV. Reporting to the Head of Growth and collaborating with the CMO, you’ll manage multi-step flows inside the ESP, run experiments, and translate performance data into repeatable, scalable improvements, while keeping the customer at the center of every decision. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ultra Pouches
