Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will work collaboratively with clients through individual and couples therapy, addressing a variety of complex issues within the family dynamic. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that include couples and family counseling, as well as individual therapy.
\n
• Addressing critical topics such as grief and loss, alcohol abuse, family conflicts, blended family dynamics, and adjustment to separation or divorce.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and maintaining comprehensive and accurate client records.
\n
• Providing education and resources to clients and their families to foster understanding and healing.
\n
• Collaborating with other professionals as needed to ensure holistic treatment and care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include diverse individuals, couples, children, and adolescents dealing with a wide range of mental health issues. As an LMFT, you will focus on fostering healthy relationships and effective communication while guiding clients through challenges such as family strife, emotional trauma, and life transitions. Your role is crucial in enhancing the overall well-being of families and helping them overcome obstacles that impact their mental health.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Texas.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value our therapists and offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
