What You'll Do Deliver a warm and memorable experience for every patient from the moment they enter the store. Recommend products and services based on each patient's vision needs, lifestyle, and budget. Achieve individual and store sales goals while following company policies and procedures. Educate patients on eyewear options and help them make informed purchasing decisions. Measure, fit, and adapt lenses and frames according to prescriptions, determine lens specifications, and perform minor eyewear repairs and adjustments. Identify and resolve prescription and eyewear concerns by providing effective solutions and outstanding patient care. Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional store environment that enhances the patient experience. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Active ABO and NCLE certification and/or applicable State license. Experience delivering outstanding patient and customer service as a Licensed Optician. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A consultative approach with confidence recommending products and services. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexibility to work on a schedule based on business needs. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
