Quality Inspector I

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and repetitive inspection procedures at various stages of production to ensure quality standards are met
• Inspect in-process and finished assemblies and sub-assemblies for compliance with quality assurance requirements
• Review and follow visual aids, engineering change notices, and standard operating procedures to determine product acceptance or rejection
• Conduct first article inspections, lot sampling, and visual inspections using magnification tools and/or Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment
• Accurately enter inspection results into the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), documenting pass/fail status
• Work closely with Manufacturing Supervisors and production teams to maintain quality objectives
• Follow written instructions and standardized inspection procedures
• Adhere to all company safety policies, health regulations, and security procedures
• Support continuous improvement efforts and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, or electronics assembly preferred
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, engineering documentation, and visual aids
• Experience using inspection tools such as magnifying glasses, microscopes, calipers, or AOI equipment is a plus.
• Basic computer skills with the ability to enter inspection data into electronic systems
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
