Recruiting Coordinator

Position Purpose Provide administrative support in an effort to meet recruiting and organizational goals. General Duties And Responsibilities Act as an employee advocate and as a company representative in balancing company policy, process, and culture, with employee needs Manage candidate progress during the pre-hire and post-hire portions of the recruiting lifecycle Maintain constant contact with hiring managers to ensure candidate progress and job posting responses are accurately maintained in ATS Communicate changes in status to candidates; address candidate inquiries about their status in the hiring process Arrange for appropriate assessments for applicants as requested Order background, credit, and motor vehicle checks for identified candidates, review the results of the checks to determine eligibility for employment or obtain additional information to determine that eligibility Ensure all divisions are utilizing the most current new hire documents Communicate candidate status with IT Department to ensure necessary electronic equipment and/or specialized software is ordered and delivered by start date Compile and provide reports including, but not limited to, reports of recruiting activity on open positions, recruiting administrative reports, and divisional open position reports Track job postings to identify the expiration dates of each posting and that job postings on company website and job boards are equivalent Ensure Corporate new hires receive and complete necessary new hire paperwork, have a work location set up for them, and that all IT equipment has been installed Provide backup for front desk receptionist and HR Administrative Assistant if needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 2 years of administrative experience Familiarity with principles and processes for personnel recruitment Ability to learn and utilize unfamiliar software with limited oversight such as ATSs Provide high level of customer service both internally and to external candidates/applicants Must be organized and demonstrate strong time management skills Remains polite and professional in all communications; polished, tactful Exemplary record of attendance and punctuality #J-18808-Ljbffr DRB Homes
