Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Richmond, Virginia. We are currently offering a $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS! Qualifications Qualified candidates must be fully and independently licensed as an LCSW in Virginia. Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing. Compensation Up to $111,700 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. What We Need Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week. True partnership orientation. Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children (we provide support). Candidates interested in growing into leadership roles or supervisory positions. Self‑guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours. Strong character—integrity, honesty, adaptability, and focus on quality of care.
