Key Responsibilities Offer exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients across various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies with accuracy and professionalism. Proactively resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system to aid continuous improvement. Coordinate with different departments to enhance customer experience and address specific needs. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance. Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service or support roles is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
