Operations Supervisor Distribution Center

Shift: MondayFriday, start between 12:00 PM2:00 PM to completion

About the Role

As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead a frontline team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations within our distribution center. You'll coach employees, drive performance, and support day-to-day operations that help deliver critical healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
• Support onboarding, training, and performance management of employees
• Monitor operations, resolve issues, and adjust priorities in real time
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support site performance and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
• 3+ years in distribution, warehouse, manufacturing, or similar environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred:

• Experience leading teams in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with WMS and Microsoft Office

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$54,500 - $90,900
