We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our fast?paced industrial fabrication shop. This role focuses on producing high?quality handrails, ladders, stairs, and structural components with precision and consistency.

MIG Welder Fabricator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00 to $25.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )
- MIG welding & fabrication of structural components
- Read blueprints and shop drawings with accuracy
- Measure and cut materials using tape measures and fabrication tools
- Operate shop equipment including brake press, hand brakes, shears, saws, and forklifts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with general shop duties as needed
MIG Welder Fabricator Qualifications:
- Proven MIG welding/fabrication experience (required)
- Strong blueprint reading and layout skills required
- Solid measuring and math abilities
- Ability to operate fabrication equipment confidently
- Strong critical thinking and problem?solving skills
- Self?motivated with a proactive work ethic
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
