Population Health Informaticist (AI Training) About the Role At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. We're looking for Population Health Informaticists to bring their deep domain expertise to AI projects focused on health data, analytics, and population-level outcomes. Your knowledge of healthcare datasets, public health surveillance, and data-driven intervention strategies will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about population health - work that matters far beyond the screen.

- Evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to population health, epidemiology, and health informatics
- Analyze and interpret population health metrics, identifying trends, disparities, and opportunities for intervention
- Review and validate data pipelines, dashboard logic, and reporting frameworks used in health surveillance and decision-making
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights that reflect real-world public health practice
- Provide structured expert feedback on AI outputs to improve accuracy, clinical relevance, and practical utility
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
- Experienced working with healthcare, public health, or population-level datasets
- Strong analytical thinker with hands-on experience in data visualization and reporting tools
- Able to critically evaluate health data and identify when AI outputs are misleading, incomplete, or clinically unsound
- Skilled at communicating complex data insights clearly for diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with structured feedback systems
- Background in epidemiology, biostatistics, health informatics, or public health policy
- Experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
- Familiarity with EHR systems, claims data, or population health platforms
- Prior work in health equity, social determinants of health, or community health programs
- Work on cutting-edge AI projects with top research labs and AI teams
