Overnight Caregiver

Pennsylvania Mentor ,  a part of the Sevita family , provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth who may be facing out-of-home placements, transitioning back into the family home or independent living alternatives, or involved in the juvenile justice system. Through our personalized programming, we help youth gain stability, comfort and confidence to overcome all challenges and live well. SWOYERSVILLE OVERNIGHT CAREGIVER 

Pay : $16/hour

Schedules Available :

Part-time: up to 31 hrs/week (Sat 3p-7a = 16 hrs)

Part-time: up to 31 hrs/week (Fri, Sat 11p-7a = 16 hrs)

Part-time: up to 31 hrs/week (Fri 11p-7a, Sat, Sun 7a-3p = 24 hrs)

⚠️ Please read the requirements carefully:

Must have a valid full Driver’s License for at least 12 months after receiving your permit/intermediate and willing to transport clients in company van 

Must be available to attend 1 week of paid orientation Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

Must be willing to work with individuals who may display high behaviors , including physical and verbal aggression

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
