Field Network Ops Engineer Onsite, Incident Response

Zipline is hiring a Network Operations Field Support Engineer to support drone delivery and ground infrastructure across multiple sites. You will own monitoring, incident response, and hands-on cabling and hardware tasks to keep networked systems online and ensure timely launches. This role requires 1–3 years in network support, strong TCP/IP/DNS/DHCP knowledge, and ability to travel regionally 25–50%.
